Orlando Show Labor collects business contact information and project details needed to create preliminary labor briefs, qualify requests, obtain provider proposals, prepare comparison reports, record customer selections, and track project outcomes.
Information collected
Information may include names, companies, work email addresses, telephone numbers, event dates, venues, project dimensions, labor requirements, unresolved service needs, provider pricing, customer selections, contracted values, and project closeout details.
How information is used
- Prepare planning briefs and comparison reports.
- Verify and qualify project requests.
- Request proposals from selected independent providers.
- Facilitate customer-authorized introductions.
- Track project status, attribution, and referral compensation.
- Operate, secure, and improve the service.
Sharing
Project scope may be shared with three or more selected providers when appropriate for the project and when the customer authorizes proposal sourcing. OSL may then present a curated shortlist of up to three proposals for comparison. Direct customer contact information is shared only when needed to prepare or finalize a proposal, when the customer requests contact, or after the customer selects a provider. OSL may receive compensation from a selected provider.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for project management, attribution, legal obligations, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and service improvement. Do not submit payment-card data, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary sensitive personal information through OSL forms.
Access, correction, and deletion
Customers and providers may ask OSL to review, correct, or delete information associated with their submission, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping requirements.
