Planning information
OSL planning ranges are preliminary informational estimates. They are not final quotes, safety plans, engineering analyses, venue approvals, or staffing guarantees.
Independent providers
Providers independently control their pricing, personnel, worker classification, payroll, insurance, supervision, contracts, safety, licensing, and performance. Unless separately agreed in writing, OSL does not employ or supervise provider personnel.
Proposal comparison
OSL may organize provider-submitted pricing and terms into a standardized comparison. OSL does not guarantee that the lowest price is the best option or that any provider will be available, approved by a venue, or selected by the customer.
Provider compensation
OSL may receive referral, marketing, or success-based compensation from a selected provider. Compensation does not alter the provider’s price unless expressly disclosed.
Venue and show requirements
Customers and providers are responsible for confirming official-service rules, exhibitor-appointed contractor procedures, credentials, deadlines, labor rules, insurance requirements, and venue restrictions.
Acceptable use
Users may not submit false projects, misuse contact information, impersonate another party, interfere with the service, or use the site for fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination, or circumvention of agreed commercial terms.
